REFUND POLICY
First of all, know that our refund policy is completely focused on customer safety with regard to products purchased in our store.
That is, all of our products have a full guarantee against manufacturing defects and also if the product that arrived at your home is different from the one you purchased.
If you experience one of the two unforeseen issues mentioned above and want to exchange or return it (with refund), follow the steps below: We sincerely ask that you inform our team of the problem via WhatsApp: 702-768-5141 or email: esalesllc@gmail.com When contacting us, provide your order number and the main reason for the exchange or return, sending photos of the product. Please note that the photos must clarify the defect or prove that the product delivered was not the product you purchased. Therefore, take good quality photos. We will analyze the considerations made by you within 2 business days and, if we determine that the problem is genuine, we will contact you via email with additional information about the exchange or return. IMPORTANT: The deadline for exchanges and returns established by the Consumer Protection Code for defective products or those that do not correspond to the merchandise purchased is 7 calendar days after delivery of the product to the customer's home. Furthermore, if the product is delivered and is broken, the notification period is 1 day. After these days, we will not carry out any exchanges, returns or refunds. PAYMENT REFUND The payment refund request will only be made if all of the following conditions are fully met: The product must be sent for exchange or return with all the original items that came in the box. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all labels intact (which are glued to the product), along with the user manuals. If such conditions are met, the refund of the amount paid by the customer will be 100% of the total amount and the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase (card or bank slip). In other words, refund on credit card or deposit/transfer, if it was done by bank slip! ATTENTION: If the customer wishes, there is the possibility of receiving a shopping voucher for the original value of the product, which will be valid for 6 months to use as they wish throughout the store. Of Extreme Importance: The refund will only be made if all the requirements listed above are met. Therefore, we are exempt from exchanging or returning products due to misuse or responding to complaints after the deadline (7 days). For refunds via deposit or bank transfers (payment made by bank slip at the time of purchase), the bank details to make such a refund must be those of the holder registered on our website. If you do not have a bank account, we will make the payment into another account chosen by the customer, but first, there will be an officialization/authorization of the order via email.
